I think what strikes me a lot these days is this idea of embodied spirituality.

And I feel like a lot of my journey through many different types of communities, whether it was Orthodox or the more neo-Hasidic or hanging out in conservative crowds and sort of non-evangelical, what do they call it? Just always coming back to checking to myself, how do I feel in this place? How does my body feel? Do I feel like I can breathe? Do I feel expansive? Do I feel relaxed? Or do I feel fear and judgment? Like looking back and seeing a lot of places in history where I've been, there was a lot of fear and judgment and anxiety.
