Nelore

And that's something that really, really is a concern among few like me.

Okay, well, those of us that aren't... knowledgeable on Nelore, what would you say? Are they a dual-purpose breed? Do they fall more in the beef side? Are they dairy? No,

no, they're not dual-purpose at all.

They hardly make milk for the calves.

They are cattle that was selected.

You have to understand how Nelore become a king.

Nelore is like a dogma.

Nelore is like religion.

Another point that I found pretty interesting, you know, I come from a forage and livestock background, um, but seeing the cattle down there, I first thought it was Brahman influence.

Um, but come to find out it was Nelore.

Is that how you say the breed down there?

Yeah, it's a zebu breed.
