And, and taking that broader meaning of class actions or group actions or mass claims, are we seeing a rise in them? Are we seeing more of them now?

So in the UK, yes.

I think, well, and if we look at the Competition Appeal Tribunal, yes.

I think since that opt-out regime was introduced, there has been a real surge of those claims, and the CAT is now one of the busiest courts in the country.

Outside, I think there is increasingly, um, you know, people are going towards mass actions, so we've seen a number of Section 90/90A FSMA claims going through the English courts in the recent years, and there have been others, um, in the data privacy sphere and environmental spheres.

So I think we do see people coming together and trying to bring more of them.

Having said that, I think also the English courts retain some caution about just going into that wholesale, um, and so have tried to keep a bit of a lid on it.

And N- Nel, do you think the same is true in the UK? Are, are they some of the same things that clients need to be worried about, or are there any specifics that are more applicable to the stuff we're seeing here?
