So after we played the game versus the Canadian senior national team.

Nell Fortner is the head coach pulled me aside and said, forget rebuilding.

You guys are going to be really good.

And she goes, and it starts and ends with Sienna Betts.

N-I-L. Right? Like, so there was no calling Jeff Walls.

There was no calling Michelle Joseph, Charlene Thomas Swenson, Nell Fortner, Joe Champion on hand to manage this.

I had to learn like, yo, all right, this vision I have to be a head coach and run a program has now changed with different variables of value, trust, things that the market is different for all of us that I've got to navigate and be ready to lose, to your point, a major player if we're not providing the right resources or trust is not established at the highest level.

Because again, that notebook that I had with Jeff Wall was let this thing develop.
