So firstly, both organizations have these, uh, um, c- printed sort of conference reports that are rich.

They have a lot of other organizational material, particularly the All India Women's Conference, um, has a extensive collection at, um, uh, the Ga- um, Nehru Memorial Museum & Library in New Delhi.

Um, and then, uh, I was...

Th- the younger members of this generation, some of them were still alive when I was in India doing my research in 2011, so I was able to do some fantastic oral interviews, and I think those were really great.

And I hired two researchers, and they kept telling me, "Sir, why do you waste your money? Because you, you don't know what you're looking for." Uh, but it took me a few years to figure out what I'm looking for and what we could find.

Uh, and, and from archives, it spread then to the Nehru Memorial, it spread to private archives, it spread across to, to Hyderabad and Travancore, Trivandrum, and Chennai and Oxford and, and various locations.

And finally, we collected this massive amount of data.

I would want to believe we are sitting on one of the largest, uh, database on the emergence of Indian democracy.

So, uh, so one thing led to the other.

I was able to visit with her, and I saw that she had a whole lot of, uh, you know, papers and whatnot, which she eventually gave to the, uh, Nehru Memorial, uh, NMML, uh, which is now known as the Prime Minister's Memorial Library.

Uh, so all those papers were with her in her house, and she gave them.

But then we got to know each other reasonably well over a very short period of time, uh, and this became an interest for her, explaining her father's mathematics to the world.
