And you taste these wines, which are mostly Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay and some Pinot Noir and some, a variety called Negrette, a red wine, and these wines are salty.

They're super salty.

And they also have- A tension and an, an acidity and a, um, a buoyancy to them that is almost unmistakably oceanic to me.
