He calls them their children, his sons and daughters.

Don't really see that relationship too much between Nebula.

You see a little bit between Nebula and Gamora, but we don't receive from the other four of his second-in-command children that control his army.

Even though they are called Thanos' children, I never made that connection before.

Yeah.

But the scene makes me think of, like, there's obviously a relationship there.

We see Ebony Maw, who's the telekinetic one a little bit in here, and how he doesn't want to ever fail Thanos.

So we have some allusion to some of the same things that Gamora and Nebula have.

And in his twisted psychology, he adopts the orphan children of the planets he decimates.

Gamora and Nebula.

And look at how he treats Nebula.

Every time she spars with her sister Gamora and loses, Thanos surgically removes a piece of her biological body and replaces it with cybernetics to upgrade her.

It is the ultimate expression of treating life as a flawed machine.

It really is.

And there's Black Widow and Nebula, too.

Oh, we can't forget them.

Right.

On Vormir.

Yeah.

And Nebula, she transitions from an abused devotee of Thanos to someone who deeply cares for her teammates.

Her growth is incredible.
