We always have a Czech pilsner or something to go.

And they do a great pizza there, which is a Nduja pizza.

So it's like prosciutto.

Nduja is like if you carve out a spicy sausage and you clump it on the pizza.

And they've got this pear and rocket salad.

So our hack is that we kind of eat the two together.

It's in the middle of nowhere but it's beautiful.

Well the food in Calabria also, you have the famous Nduja.

Everything is so chilly and I did not know because I did not know when I had gone that Calabria is one of the most famous places for licorice.

It's like Nduja.

It's everywhere.

It was nice for ten minutes.

And we just devoured it.

And we also had a folded Nduja pizza.

And I listened to how she pronounced it.

She said Nduja.

And I got corrected by somebody saying, it's Nduja.

And she goes, Nduja.

So

I don't know what the correct pronunciation is, but it was great.

Yeah.

I like Nduja.

Yeah.

I love an andouille pizza.

When I have pizza, which is maybe once a month, maybe twice a month at a push, I kind of just love being safe with it and picking my pepperoni pizza.
