Navy Pier

So back then, I don't know if anybody here is old enough to remember Chicago Fest.

So Navy Pier, which I think at the time may have still been owned by the Navy...

they would put barges around Navy Pier.

So this was the hard rock barge, the country barge.

And then the bands would play on the barges to the audiences.

We're right outside

Navy Pier.

And we have another condo in Miami, and I look at the ocean and all the cruise ships and the other cool stuff.

So I don't get bored.

Let me see the vibes they bring on.

How can I capture that? And so I want you to know every time I've pulled up to Navy Pier to sit down with you in person has been an absolute privilege and a joy.

And everything you have brought this city, all of the conversations over the last five years is something that we will always be grateful for.

In the news, nine-year-old Norma Doran is listed in critical condition at the Wesley Pavilion of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

She's suffering from a head injury received when she fell from a second floor balcony at Navy Pier, where Chicago Fest is underway.

Two elderly persons were slightly injured when they were struck by the falling child.

A one-year-old girl fell to her death Friday while playing on the third floor porch of her family's home in the 900 block of West Armitage Avenue.

She lives at 680 North Lakeshore Drive, which is known as Lake Point Tower.

So for those of you looking for Oprah, you need to go over by Navy Pier.
