Naval Air Training Command

So this is really the genesis of where we are at the current moment.

So CNATRA at the time, Rear Admiral Brophy.

Can you tell for the listeners what CNATRA stands for?

The Chief of Naval Air Training, so basically your flight schools.

So all of the training air wings and the FRSs are under CNATRA.

And the Chief of Naval Air Training at the time, my current boss, but their boss at that time, Rear Admiral Brophy, he tasked one of the training air wings, Training Air Wing Six, their commodore, to assemble a human performance team with active duty assets and to create a program.

And that was his instruction, his intent, and they had to figure it out.
