Naval Air Station Jacksonville

So that's going to eat up our beaches yet again that have taken a bit of a beating recently.

And that means for the air show, which is at NAS Jax this weekend, strong winds, partly sunny skies.

I don't believe the winds are strong enough to cause big problems for the plans, but it's something to keep in mind.

And, of course, close to the St. Johns River, that wind will be howling, gusts likely to be at least 25 to 30 miles per hour at times from an east and northeasterly direction.

I was born at...

Naval Air Station Jacksonville, and then grew up down in Southern California in San Diego.
