National Theatre

Mm.

So my first love was the gymnastics, but that, uh, school for gymnasts had to close for one reason or another, and then my mother took me to see a ballet in the National Theatre in Prague.

It was called The Fountain of Bakhchisaray, which was a typical Russian, uh, ballet, and I was enchanted.

I adored it.

Mm-hmm.

It was not a usual sort of occupation for nine-year-olds.

But, um, there was a very good school directly in the National Theatre, and, um, uh, I had a very loose body.
