National school

I'm

joined in studio now by Derva D'Or, a very busy young lady who's the Deputy Principal of St. Colman's National School in Conaghy.

Derva, good morning.

Good morning.

Here's

the crux of the matter.

As I said, two fabulous schools selected, one being St. Colman's National School in Conaghy.

Just 18 pupils, just 18 sets of parents and 18 or 36 maybe if you're lucky, sets of grandparents all voting for that school.

Which one of us-

Um, Flagmount National School.

Oh, I'd love-

I had, I had, I had seen it

Joining us now is Councillor Fergal Browne of Fine Gael.

He's from the Municipal District of Carlow, of course, and he's also principal, of course, at St. Joseph's National School in Carlottown.

Fergal, good morning.

Good

But obviously, I'm hoping it won't come on long term, but we'll wait and see what happens.

OK, well, Fergal Browne from the municipal district of Carlow, a councillor there, a Fianna Gael member.

But more importantly, as you can hear the phone ringing in the background, Principal of St Joseph's National School in Carlow Town.

Fergal, I better let you go.
