National Professional Qualification for Headship

So it was a lot of work, a lot of challenge.

At that same time, I did my MPQH, which is the National Professional Qualification for Headship, as well as doing my master's.

So it was a lot of work I was doing.

But one of the things that I find I'm able to do is when I'm using leadership skills from one area, into another so that's something I tend to do just naturally so where someone else will think oh that's really too much to do I could see the crossover in the courses so I just used the skills in a positive way to do the both courses I was doing.
