Here's a different kind of 10,000, but in Seoul, South Korea.

10,000 people marched on Korean Independence Day to demand that the U.S. military close its bases, of which I think we still have 290, stop its military drills, and leave the country.

This is part of a very, very significant development, which we're seeing played out more dramatically even in Iran, where we are seeing the end of American military dominance in a violently organized one polar world.

We will probably have to have a whole program on that at some point.

Hundreds of thousands of people have already signed on to this online petition against Pax Silica and as Bayan, we want to build a note of Pax Silica Coalition here in the US and we enjoin you all and Veterans for Peace to also join.

We are also co-organizers alongside Nodetol for the upcoming Korean Liberation Day efforts.

that will be happening in August 15 that marks Korea's liberation from Japanese occupation and also protesting the old chief freedom shield exercises.

We see our fights as very connected to their Korean siblings and those of other peoples in the Asia-Pacific.
