We're able to offer this program as part of the grant that I mentioned.

There's no cost for cities to participate that's being funded off of a USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture project.

I guess if we have hundreds of cities apply, we may not be able to support hundreds, but we haven't set a hard cap anywhere.

They already had a large IPM program.
