Uh, we were cooking, uh, live in, in the morning shows all over the country, every seven minutes, uh, all across the country, talking about Louisiana gumbo, how we eat it, how it's a family tradition.

And, uh, and then we also sent chefs to Austin, LA, Denver, Chicago, and they cooked for the media on TV there, uh, talking about Louisiana gumbo and, uh, getting people excited to come to Louisiana.

So although it was National Gumbo Day, we used it to promote Louisiana all over the country.

Billy, I know a lot of times people probably come up to you and say, "You know, I, we hear you talk about gumbo." W- do they ever ask, like, "What, what is that? I- is there something unique about y'all's gumbo?"

All right.

So it's National Gumbo Day.

It's National Gumbo Day.

Gumbo is often believed to be a dish of mixed origins of African, French, Spanish, Native American, but mostly African origins.

The gumbo originated in Louisiana in the early 18th century.

Now, in the Just for Fun department, today, of course, is National Farmers Day, so kudos to all of our farmers.

It's National Savings Day, World Arthritis Day, and the food for today is National Gumbo Day and Pulled Pork Day.
