In a recent decision, the U.S. Supreme Court held that law enforcement's use of a geofence warrant, which collects identity and location data from mobile phone users, violated the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.

I ended up putting them all on a bookmark too, which worked.

So anyway, I got that published, and then probably a month after I finished that one and got it published, I was already thinking about another book, because I was running a three-day seminar at the National Constitution Center on leadership.

And we had people from all walks of life, from military intelligence to healthcare and retail and so on.

And everything that we brought up in the conference about principles and process and these things, they all said, well, these are kind of gray areas because what worked in military intelligence doesn't work in retail and so on.

I'll give you a great example that's top of mind for me.

President Biden came to the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia this week.

and excoriated Republicans on the whole voting rights issue and what's afoot in Texas and what has taken place in Georgia and so on and so forth.

He didn't even mention, as I said on my own program, he refused to drop the F-bomb.
