Following his playing career, Solomon transitioned into coaching, serving as the head coach of the Wichita Regulators of the Arena Football League, AFL, in twenty twenty-four.

Solomon was also the offensive coordinator of the Beaumont Renegades, who won the twenty twenty-five National Arena League championship.

A proven winner, Solomon is a four-time champion, having captured championships as both a player and a coach throughout his career.
