One, one player that comes to mind that, uh, for many years he didn't get the credit, and he only played one Origin game I think, one or two, but Nathan Merritt, like, he never played for Australia, did he?

And I know it was, I know it wasn't the best or whatever, but, like, for him to score as many tries as he did when the Roo- the Rabbitohs were so bad, was actually a miracle.

Like, he was so good, Nathan Merritt.

I also think South's going to have too much for him.

It has been emotional, but I think if you're ever going to, like if there's ever a person to get a group to buy into sort of an emotional storyline, Nathan Merritt is a huge figure in the Redfern community.

Great, wonderful player for the club.

They've obviously got Jai Arrow there.

They've got some very, very emotional storylines this year that they can really lean into.

Now, you don't want to get some joy off the misery of others, but Nathan Merritt's been a big part of the fabric of that club for a long time.

And the Redfern community and obviously Jai Gray, we've seen him the last couple of weeks.
