And I remember sitting there when the Dodgers were playing the Red Sox, uh, in the World Series, and Travis Kelsey was there, and the game went 18 innings.

And Nathan Eovaldi was this star-studded reliever who gave him, you know, six or seven innings.

And Kelsey's up there in the front row just destroying the entire night and loving everything about baseball, and not leaving no matter what time it was.

And the Red Sox lost that game, but Eovaldi was lauded as a hero.

Um, legends have been born like that.

Re Nathan Eovaldi.

So it's not like Brian Bao hi- his career is, you know, wrap it up or anything.

I, I, I just feel like maybe he can see success, uh, by trying a different path is all.

So, you know, it kind of is what it is.

Nathan Eovaldi, same story.

Kamar Rucker's kind of been this team's most reliable starter for a chunk of the season until, uh, Canada's own Cal Quantrill's-

And, and my guess is, and I could be wrong, Blake, my guess is they would have him start and just give you, uh, kind of serve as a, a, an opener almost, you know, for, you know, a couple innings, three innings, and then maybe slowly build him up.

And that's what the Rangers did in 2023.

He, uh, Nathan Eovaldi came back in early September, and he didn't have a rehab assignment.

He just sort of rehabbed on the fly, and it didn't, it wasn't great his first outing, and then it kind of got better, and he started to look like Nathan Eovaldi, and then, you know, in the postseason, he was, he was great.

it's crazy because like the rangers of course it sucks evaldi's on the il i don't know if you had an update on evaldi I mean, that is probably the biggest X factor for them.

If they don't have Eovaldi, it's going to be tough.

Gore, Kumar Rocker, and DeGrom, all three of them have obviously bigger names.

There's no timetable for Eovaldi.

And for a starting pitcher this late in the game, it's tough.
