it.

So just because you're good at being an operator doesn't necessarily mean you should be that operator all the time.
5:42
Again, you should try and pull back and grow and work on the growth.
5:47
Yeah, I think the early signs of numbers are pretty, pretty important.
5:54
And that's why one of my businesses I built is called Numberfied, which is all about bookkeeping with business growth.
6:03
Something that I've never had from any of my bookkeepers and my accountants over the years.

Gotcha.

10:57
So how much business growth do you think comes from keeping existing customers happy rather than constantly finding new ones?
11:05
Yeah.
11:06
Although the exciting bit for me is new lead generation, the reality is keeping those customers happy with great customer service is way more economical than finding new leads.

8:47
What does that mean? And how can everyday professionals, not just entrepreneurs, learn to spot opportunities that others completely miss?
8:55
Yeah, so there are so many opportunities out there.
9:00
Once you tap into seeing opportunities, it's hard not to see it anymore.
9:05
So, you know, for people who say there's no opportunities, there's no future, everyone's stolen or has already executed all those good ideas.
9:15
just so far from reality now.
9:18
There's just opportunity everywhere you look.
9:21
And I think it starts with asking the right questions and finding ways of doing things that don't require high cost or high risk.
