So presumably like Nate, presumably Nate wasn't doing anything back then, 'cause as we know, he's tended to do more in recent times.

Well, he may have done on, on that, those first couple of tours, but I, I was thinking for years, like, did I kind of imagine this? You know, did Pat do the, the harmony? But actually if you go back, you can watch the Brixton 95 show for this, and you can see clearly Pat is doing the, the vocal harmony on it.

So yeah.

The version that became the sort of definitive and familiar one, which is on the album, Dave, along with Barrett Jones, re-recorded the song in the October 1994 sessions at Robert Lang Studios, obviously playing all the instruments itself.

And then I think a version of that was circulated to US radio stations as not an official single release as such, but just as a bit of radio promo.

And then finally, as Cole and I discussed, November the 16th, 1995, Dave, Pat, Nate Mendel and William Goldsmith recorded a full band version at Maida Vale Studios in London.

And I was like, fuck yeah.
