And we can talk with our kids about everybody trying to be their best self online, and some of that's really positive, like being respectful of other people and asking questions when something confuses us rather than just reacting.

And then there are some negative things about it, where all you ever see is all the really gorgeous people having gorgeous lives, going on wonderful holidays, and you don't see any of their messy lives behind it.

The reason we're talking about social media bans, uh, is because of people like Mark Zuckerberg designing those social media products.

So it's like, you know, here's a man who, to all intents and purposes, has literally gone out of his way to design addictive products to destroy the mental health of children.
