So I would love for you to kick things off by taking me back to like a moment in time or maybe it's like a few moments in time that you feel like really kind of puts you on the path that you're on right now.

Okay, yeah, great.

So...

Fitting in with your title of origin story, I grew up playing professional football, soccer for anyone in the US.

And I played professionally for like eight seasons, had a really bad injury.

That was my future.

And my injury sort of stopped that when I was 15 years old.

Oh, wow.

And this audience that you have, that you are putting together the videos for, the overwhelmed women who are overcome by the gym, or fear of the gym, tell me about what's going on and this fear that people are having.

Again, before I had Ember, the women that I trained were overwhelmed, decision fatigued, high achieving women.

They had found success in their professional lives, whatever that may look like for them.

They had got a happy, successful personal life.

Again, whatever that looked like for them, whether that be family or social or however they saw success and happiness there.

But the gym or their health was one area that they just couldn't grasp.

They just couldn't get a hold of it.

and it's more than that one person because the amount of effort that you're putting into growing your channel professionally and the importance that you've stressed on it yes i know it would be great to get that feedback from one but there is a bigger mission here
