Where's the biggest failure here, do you think, as this continues to happen?

It's across the board.

Unfortunately, it's a huge issue and it's not going to be combated easily.

It's just across the board.

We continue to bury our heads in the sand and we don't take action early enough and we're waiting until these offenders are getting to this stage before we're really intervening and it's too late by this stage.

How do you keep going?

I don't watch the news anymore because it is tiring.

It's defeating and it's sometimes hard to open up your social media, turn your TV on, and all you're reading is the same thing over and over and over again.

And so can we talk a little bit about Early Investor? I'm curious, what are you already hearing from your users? What's the goal for this platform?

People are really using it and that's really, really, really exciting and meaningful.

I'm really, really proud of what the team has done.

My hope for this is there's so much awkwardness in I think in anything like really money related.

You just didn't really know how to look for what kind of person to hire.

Yeah.

It felt so hard to say, like, "This is the job that, like, I need to have done.

This is the person and the experience they're bringing, and, like, here's how I'm actually going to interview them, and here's how I'm going to convince them that they want to come work with me." It was really difficult.

She was a generalist.

Yeah, and, and you guys were sort of on a roll at this point, right? Because I think the next year, which, which is 2021, uh, you were able to raise a substantial amount of money in another fundraising round, like $40 million.
