Nashville

Now, I thought that seemed pretty high, so I went to our Machinery Pete auction price data at our website and actually found that is the highest auction price on a 2015 model, any combine 2015 model, in almost five years.

You got to go back to December 29th of 2021 in Nashville, Michigan, where Miedema Auctioneer sold a 15 model Case H8240 for $290,000.

But again, this Klaus Alexion 740 at $275,000 to me kind of encapsulates where the equipment market is right now as we wind down in 2026.

Folks have not been buying new equipment for a few years now.

Actually, almost five years.

You got to go back to, I think it was December 29th of 2021, a sale in Nashville, Michigan, where a 15-model Case H8241 for $290 with low hours.

So again, to me, that's an indication of, yes, it's a unique item.

But the buying interest on it, so 275 is a big check for an 11-year-old combine, but it's a like-new machine.
