patients who have just got chronically blocked noses and they mouth breathe when they eat and they don't like being mouth breathers so the other patient grouping that we see a lot of is those who have got sleep trouble so they're another group of patients but they're snorers or people with obstructive sleep apnea and adults so nasal obstruction in them is either about a journey to improve their sleep overall, a journey being that, okay, each intervention will have an outcome for their sleep.
