Um, I just wanted to say thank you again, Anna and Naomi, for giving me the opportunity to share my story on the podcast and for asking me to give you an update on what's been happening since recording the episode.

Um, like most people, I found the whole experience really therapeutic, and it was probably the first time that I've been really honest with myself about what happened, and it actually made me realize just how much I'd been through and how proud I am of myself for where I am now.
