Nantuko Husk

He was, you know, dead on board, and I had, like, a chump blocker for, like, whatever happened.

I will say, this is the first game I drew Fire Covenant, and my opponent had four creatures in play, a couple of, you know, small guys, and then a Nantuko Husk.

And I was like, "Okay, well, I can't kill the Nantuko Husk with Fire Covenant, but I can kill these other three creatures, and I'll do it on my turn so that he gets to sacrifice those creatures to Nantuko Husk, but doesn't get to benefit from it because it doesn't get to attack me."

Right, that makes sense.

So I did that, and it put my life total kind of low, but I was like, "I have a couple chump blockers for this Nantuko Husk.

He's dead on board, like, this will surely be fine." And then I just lost to Might of Oaks, which I think gives +7/+7 and trample, or-

That's hilarious.

I mean, we know you're gonna lose to a giant Nantuko Husk, but it didn't [laughs] expect it to be like that.
