Yeah.
4:28
And that in itself is a huge opportunity because...
4:33
And you asked me about the Women Worth and Wellness brand.
4:35
Uh, you know, one of the huge opportunities is helping men learn how to be wealth advisors for women.
4:43
And in thinking about this whole topic this morning, I started to realize that men, largely speaking, now certainly this isn't every man by any chance, are not champions of other women because sometimes they think if they're champions for women, they might get ahead.
5:00
They might get ahead of them, so am I gonna use my power and influence to help this woman get ahead? For example, in Canada, we still have, we have f- five or six or seven leading financial institutions, banks, and largely speaking, they're all, um, led by men.
5:18
The one company that I really admire in the US is Citibank, and that's led by a female.

Why is generosity, as you just spoke about, Dolly, such an important component of financial success and significance? And what does generosity do to us from a physical health perspective?
10:54
Mm-hmm
10:55
... well, we have to have this conversation around living well because if you're living unhealthy, first of all, uh, there's a, an incredible financial burden our, um, governments when, when people have these really unhealthy conditions.
11:08
Plus it affects the quality of your life.
11:10
I mean, if the quality of your life is about doing activities that you love with people you love, as we become more burdened with chronic conditions, it becomes a lot harder to live our lives well.
11:22
So that's why I see the spa industry, the wellness industry, the senior living industry, longevity kind of coming together, which is what steps can I take to live as healthfully as I can? And of course, a lot of that has to do with mobility.
11:38
As we get older, there are things that happen to us.
11:41
Our sight is not as good.

31:01
One of the things I wanted to ask you about as we were talking through this is your work in, um, promoting this health span approach for family caregivers and your work with consulting with businesses, do they overlap, and how do you weave that into the-
11:52
What comes next?
11:53
Well, I was a wealth advisor and that's when I created this brand and started to focus on health first because But once you get to the wealth part, then again, women often don't feel they understand.
12:08
They think it's just a huge, big deal that, oh my goodness, I'll deal with that another day.
12:14
I'm just not today.
12:15
Well, again, what you have to do is lean in.
12:18
Like you really have to make it a priority and start asking questions.
12:23
Find yourself a wealth advisor.

21:43
So talk about stewarding wealth.
18:57
Can you share an example of what that looks like in real life?
19:01
Well, the Women Worth and Wellness brand is very, very holistic.
19:05
So you can come into it at any point in time.
19:08
You know, if we want to focus on net worth, obviously we can lower the microscope on possibilities there.
19:13
Self-worth, we've talked about it a little bit.
19:16
But when I started, when I created this brand, this year it will be 32 years ago.
19:22
That's when we really focused on charitable giving, getting people to think about charitable giving and how that enhances your net worth.

25:49
What are some common themes that you've seen in those groups? Interesting.
3:22
Yes, I
3:22
do.
3:23
Fabulous company, really fabulous.
3:25
Three fabulous founders.
3:27
And they were on it.
3:28
They were on it.
3:29
They knew during the 90s, women were starting to earn a whole lot more.
7:11
So before you built Women, Worth, and Wellness, what was the identity you had to bury to become the woman who leads it today?
