And so like that's that's a modern thought process in more so in like American whiskey recently where blenders like Nancy Fraley are like really pioneering steps like that to make to make great whiskey.

So they do get, like, first pick of some really good barrels.

And even Nancy Fraley reached out to them and was like, I'm jealous of the stuff that you're getting.

I was looking to get some of those barrels.

So I found all this out after the fact.

So we've got a little Kentucky.

Three years ago, I had Joe Henry come in.

And so Joe's trained by Nancy Fraley.

I don't want to be sitting here for two hours doing tasting notes, right? Exactly.

Yeah, Nancy Fraley, who's pretty widely known as like the best spirits blender in the world.

She does sensory at 7am in the morning, between like seven and eight in the morning, and does nothing on her nothing on her palate, like no coffee, no brushing your teeth.

And she swears by that.

We've sent samples off to them and gotten feedback from them.

We've used Nancy Fraley to, to give feedback and, and we've amended our blends based off of her recommendations.

So I think thinking to believe you know everything in the whiskey business and that your palate is going to be what everybody else's palate is, uh, is a foolish exercise, and I have seen that a little bit in, in the whiskey business and, uh, we don't, we don't have any of that.

All we want is for the whiskey to be good.
