Nancy Drew: Stay Tuned for Danger

So I'd say that it did its job.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, this is one of the few game covers that shows a person, because we have the eyes peeking through the shelves in Secrets Can Kill, but then the next few games, Stay Tuned for Danger, Message in a Haunted Mansion, all leading up to this one, I don't think there's a person on any single cover, except until we get to this one.

And then we see that a little bit later.

I think Ghost of Thornton Hall has, of course, Charlotte on the cover.

I wonder if that plays into, like, whether I want to play the game more or less, or maybe it has no deciding factor on that whatsoever.

Eh, okay, and there are a few shadowy silhouettes.

I think Stay Tuned for Danger and Secret of the Scarlet Hand have a silhouette in a doorway kind of in the background, but it's not the focal point of the cover.

Eh, I don't know.
