Nan gyi thoke

You know, Burmese people are so serious about it as well.

So there, there was one time I uploaded a video about, um, nan gyi thoh But the thing is, uh, nan gyi thohk in Myanmar, right, they usually use these really, really thick rice noodles.

But it was really hard for me to find it in Cambodia.

I could find it nowhere, and the only rice noodles I could find was, um, the dry one where you have to boil it for, like, 15 minutes, so it's not even fresh ones.

I tried to mention it in the video that, okay, this is, like, the only substitute I could find, so I'm using this as well.

But somehow I think, um, Burmese people get the wrong idea, and they start asking like, "Oh, this is not the noodle from nan gyi thohk.

This is not even the right size.

This is like, uh, a very small version of nan gyi." So I was so surprised and, uh, I was also planning to, you know, express further about, um, this struggle that every Burmese abroad have been facing.
