Najai Hines

But yeah, I'm a little scared of Oswin fouling out.

at the under 12 and having to finish games with just rebounds going right over Green's head and like more Najai Hines putbacks like last year's fucking Seton Hall game.

Yeah.

Like I could see that happening to us a couple of times this year if Fred's not eligible.

We got the 16th, Xavier and Richard Pitino will be in the house.

The 17th, Najai Hines gets to hang out with his old buddies again from Seton Hall.

And then the 27th, wrapping things up.

the friars coming to town so that's your schedule your home schedule for the 26 27 season

Whatever.

Braylon Mullins, Nigel James Jr., Tunde Isufu from St. John's, Ian Jackson from St. John's, and Tyler Perkins were also on the first team.

The second team featured Jai Hines, of course, as well as Royce Parham from Marquette.

Miles Byrd, the San Diego State transfer to Providence, who I think is going to be very good.

I think Bud Clark is going to be a fan favorite.

I actually watched a Seton Hall game on a flight recently because I was watching Najai Hines.

He can't shoot, but just a gritty, tough defender.

He's going to push the pace.

So to me, if you're a guy who can lock down other guards and you're going to contribute upwards of maybe 15 points a game, that's a first-teamer for me.

And then Jai Hines was my center.

And, Tom, kind of to your point, there's really not – we talked about this last week.

There's not a Terrace Reed.

I'm with you.

I think Braylon Mullins is going to have an awesome year this year.

And we talked about Najai Hines with the Seton Hall preview last week, over two blocks per game and just 18 minutes per contest, really off the bench all year for the Pirates.

He's going to have a huge role for the Huskies.

Even with solo ball hurt, they still have Braylon Mullins.

They add in some phenomenal pieces, Jai Hines and Nick Comenia, and Obviously, star freshman coming in, Colton Landrieu.

St. John's has had an up and down offseason.

Obviously, the Donnie Freeman injury really hurt them.

So I would expect this to be a fascinating game.

Good matchup in the middle between the Jai Hines and Moe Krivosh.

But this should be, again, another great college basketball game.

Tall task in this game.

And when you step back and you look at a roster like what they had in 2014, no, that was a really good roster.

Like last year, Najai Hines is going to come and start for UConn this year.

Bud Clark was awesome.

He's off to Ole Miss.

from last year.

Najai Hines is on here from UConn.

Omari Bynum's on here.

There we go.

All right, so our 10 most important players in college basketball, with honorable mentions of Caden Lewis and Jeremy Fears, who are scratched, at least in part because their teams are too well-rounded.

Tyron Stokes, Jackson Kohler, Tyler Tanner, Nigel James, Moe Crevis, Daniel Jacobson, Najai Hines, Quinn Ellis, Price Sanford, and D-Don Thomas.

I do think we got to my intended outcome of that exercise by the end of it.

Feels right.
