Naf River

This has not been very helpful.

Although we don't hear very much of it, these people across the Naf River, they have regular contact with relatives through various means.

So the environment over there is unsafe.

People are in camps, the Rohingyas who are at-- in Myanmar, and they are under complete control of the army.

I didn't have the idea, like, I will live as a refugees there, or I will never go back to Myanmar again.

They reached the Naf River, which marks the border between Myanmar and Bangladesh.

In his memoir, titled Eradication, Mayu describes that river as, "A bridge between two worlds," one where he was stateless, and one where he, along with tens of thousands of others, would become a refugee.

So it's like, uh, bleeding in half side and from another part, in her eyes she is still looking for justice.

Mm-hmm.

So this, uh, particular thing in the lower level is, um, the Naf River that was filled with the blood.

It's very red.
