But in general, support for Prop 40 has slid below 50 percent.

And so Right now, it's pretty unsettled, but the most recent polling done by the Public Policy Institute of California has shown that the majority of voters as of right now would be against it.

So vote yes if you want to provide funding for immunology research with half possibly going to one institute, or vote [whooshing] no on Prop 38 if you do not want to provide funding for immunology research.

[alarm ringing] Proposition 39 would require voters to provide government-issued identification at the polls.

It would also order election officials to verify that all registered voters are US citizens.
