Nader Issa

Explanation that could be playing a role in here.

But in Nader Issa's article late last week, I didn't buy the crap about immigration fears as if illegal immigrants are keeping their kids at home and homeschooling them or, you know, enrolling them in Montessori schools because they're just petrified about immigration.

about ICE converging on a daycare center or public preschool.

That's a load of crap.

However, media had a very curious way of carrying it.

The Chicago Sun-Times, in its headline by the always reliable Nader Issa, said, blamed the 11,000 student loss on lower birth rates and immigrant fears.

And then after vomiting up this headline, WTTW Matt Masterson put up a piece echoing the same headline.

Not once was there a mention about what a terrible experience you're getting, how you're not learning anything, how more and more minorities are leaving the city over terrible schools.
