Nablus Road

It is there that we can see the Place of the Skull, which was discovered in the late 19th century.

We are walking just a short distance north along Nablus Road.

Next, we turn east onto Conrad Schick and make our way to the Garden Tomb grounds.

"And He, bearing His cross, went out to a place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew Golgotha, where they crucified Him." Making our way through the garden, we come to an observation deck overlooking the Place of the Skull.

But living in the Old City, you, you come across a lot of Palestinians who live in East Jerusalem.

And I discovered very quickly that on Nablus Road, right outside of the Old City, there was a shop, and they sold these 100-milliliter Coke cans for one shekel.

And this was-- this was a game changer to me because I love my fizzy drinks.
