Yeah, Ragsai has the ability to pivot.

I can pivot into Risk to Study Mystic Remora plan, whereas Itali can't really do that.

And I wonder if maybe Itali would be better as a resilient turn three, turn four deck than an explosive turn two deck.

Because you don't have the opportunity to protect your turn two wins anyway, Ragsai normally wins on turn three, turn four in a difficult to interact with way.
