Mystery Date

I went to acting camp as a kid and took summer classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute before my senior year.

I appeared on the cover art of the 1999 edition of Hasbro's Mystery Date board game.

and in the same year played Judd in the TV movie The Newcomers.

In 2001, I starred in Not Another Teen Movie, which was followed by the teen heist movie The Perfect Score and the action thriller Cellular with Jason Statham and Kim Basinger.

Because I always remember the horrid TV commercial of giggling girls playing this game.

And then I had to try to hum what the mystery date song was to my composer.

Cause he was not familiar with it.

That boom, boom, boom, mystery date.

And of course I'm tone deaf.

So I was startled.

He got the song so close for my version of singing it.

And I wasn't even sure how to play mystery date.
