My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

Chris was here with us last time we covered season one of this show.

I'm glad he's here with me again today because we are covering season two of My Hero Vigilantes.

And to give a quick synopsis, I wrote down that we are just continuing following Koichi and his vigilantism.

We help uncover a drug bust operation.

That'd be cool.

Yeah.

But with all that being said, this will conclude the Pokemon quiz and today's discussion on My Hero Vigilantes Season 2.

So, uh, now you've also contributed additional voices to worlds like My Hero Academia: Vigilantes or, and Spy x Family.

Mm.

When you're given a smaller character with only a handful of lines, how do you make that person feel like they generally belong in that world, rather than just treat them as simply another voice?

Oh, I don't treat anybody as simply another voice.

But, uh, I just find my truth in it, like I was saying before.

So, like, in, in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, it's typically it's a serious...

It's, it, that scene, or sorry.

I often find that, like, sequel prequel series, I often prefer them to the original because I think the creator's done so much work establishing this world and knows it inside and out that it creates, like, this really nice playground for them to bounce into.

Like, as much as I like My Hero Academia, I think the work that Horikoshi did to establish that world means that Vigilantes, for me, surprisingly, is probably the superior series 'cause I think it's short, it knows what he wants to do, and it sets out to play around in the sandbox in an interesting way.

And that may also then be the same from Sinbad and getting tighter.

We'll have to see.
