This is Mystery in Arabia Part 8, with Bud Collier as Superman and Clark Kent, Joan Alexander as Lois Lane, and Jackie Kelk as Jimmy Olsen.

Superman continues the case with Lois and Jimmy, while a thug has an epiphany, and the larger mystery remains in motion.

That summons Sherlock Holmes from Baker Street, just as he is considering a bee farm in Sussex, while Dr. Watson joins him in tracing the case from the laboratory to a rare radium sample and a message from Mycroft Holmes.
