Next week on Ye Gone, singer-songwriter Pete Yorn joins me to talk about the 25th anniversary of his hit album, Music for the Morning After, as well as his new album, All the Beauty, which reflects how marriage and fatherhood have enriched his music and his life.

Ye Gods is created by a pantheon of ye gods and goddesses.

Executive producer Dawson McCraw, co-executive producer Selina Lauterer, producer Robin Rose Valentine, editors Richard Chin Kui and Mike Connery.

Right, right.

I forgot the name of the place, but there was a independent music shop in Houston, Texas, and I remember Carrie and Aslin, our oldest, were out of town, uh, for a week, and I remember one afternoon I stood there and I just listened from start to finish Pete Yorn's Music for the Morning After, which I contend is one of the greatest albums of all time.

But I just remember standing there, I just, I'm just having this moment of nostalgia while you're saying, "Wow, when I had time to get into new music," you know?
