Music Sounds Better with You

I feel right.

Music sounds better with you.

Love might bring us back together.

I feel so good.

I feel right.

Music sounds better with you.

Love might bring us back together soon, baby

babyLove might bring us back together.

There's, there's a few tracks that can kind of bring people on their, um...

I think Music Sounds Better With You, that one's really good.

That's a good one, a classic.

Yeah, it's just a classic, but everyone knows it.

But if anyone else has seen anyone, uh, or anything at SIFF, please let me know, 403-220-3991.

Well, what do we have on our hands for today? A little bit of disco, I'm thinking to myself, 'cause why not? Next track that you're about to hear is called I'm Lonely by Hollis P.

Monroe, and that is off the single I'm Lonely.

You are currently tuned in to Funk & Disorderly here on CSJW 90.9 FM.

[upbeat music] I'm lonely, and I need to be with someone.

That was backed by Patti Austin.

Again, Ai No Corrida by Quincy Jones and Charles May off of the 1981 album, The Dude.

And then to start off that set, we heard I'm Lonely by Hollis P. Monroe, and that is the single- I'm lonely.

Th- there's a s- there, you, you can see the texture of whatever sound you are listening to on your face in that, in this picture, I think.

I mean, my favorite French house track is that one single Stardust song called Music Sounds Better With You, you know? And-

Okay

... that title, I remember hearing that song in high school and I was just, the song is so simple.

It's so basic.

Almost nothing is happening in this song, but everything that needed to happen is happening.

And music sounds better with you, I think, is a good motto to live by.
