The term of service for the open seat is four years, beginning immediately and expiring on July 31, 2030 or until a replacement is appointed.

Applications can be picked up at the City Clerk's Office located at Sedona City Hall at 102 Roadrunner Drive, Monday to Thursday from 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or filled out online on this fillable PDF form.

Mail or hand-deliver completed applications to the City Clerk's Office or email applications to cityclerkstepped at sedonas.gov.

The next review of applications will take place after 5 p.m., November 16, 2026.

The application period is open until the position is filled.

But one of the things that I say to them is, okay, so you don't have experience, but the city clerks do.
