So welcome, everyone, to another episode of Multiverse Minutes mini episode.

Although any more of these mini episodes tend to be just full episodes because there's so much information I put into them.

at the same time though i'm not really you know i call them mini because i'm not talking about the movie i'm not you know going over the movie i'm going over all the behind-the-scenes stuff which is why there are many episodes but we're talking about the final live-action resident evil movie resident evil welcome to raccoon city that came out in 2021 uh i do believe i talked about this movie already when it came out on a podcast I think one of my earlier, like first podcast, um, I, I wanted to go back and look, but I do believe that I combine this with like a, like a overall episode.

The problem of... multiverse is that that gets very messy and it ultimately just feels like it's just like taking characters and just like swapping characteristics and costumes at the end of the day.

Now, multiverse, like any kind of tool in fiction or, uh, approach in fiction, there are ways you can do it well.

Um, it's just, it was very clear that, even before they shifted this Avengers movie and chose to go with Doctor Doom, that the reason they were doing Multiverse as the next saga after the Infinity Saga was so they could use a shortcut to bring in other superheroes... that Marvel didn't have the rights to previously, but then gained the rights back.

That's primarily X-Men.

They just did it with Fantastic Four.
