So Mtsvane is M-T-S-V-A-N-E.

But you can say, Georgians will often say Mtsvane.

And Mtsvane means green.

So Ricazzatelli is, it's a bit like something like almost a Chardonnay or the Trebbiano of the Caucasus, not because of how it behaves as a vine or how it tastes, but because It's extremely malleable.

And I think ricazzatelli almost suffered a bit from being so highly planted.
