Meanwhile, Finance Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube says Zimbabwe's agricultural, mining, tourism, and financial sectors are attracting growing interest from diaspora investors and international business people.

Speaking after a meeting with Zimbabweans and business leaders in New York on the sidelines of the eighty-first United Nations General Assembly, Professor Ncube said existing investors shared positive experiences about doing business in the country.

Some of them are already active on the ground, so they're able to share, uh, the, the newcomers what Zimbabwe is like, how, how, you know, what can-- what, what should we expect if we are doing business in Zimbabwe? What's good about it? And it was amazing that those who are already investing in Zimbabwe praise the quality of Zimbab-of Zimbabwe's skills.
