Um, but clearly has an idea of, of what he wants to work.

I mean, like, uh, you know, a, a lot of people, a lot of casual fans of the IPL, particularly English casual fans of the IPL, will know that Dhoni is the Chennai Super Kings man, and probably didn't know until reasonably recently that Steven Fleming was the coach for, you know, most of that journey, um-

... un- until pretty recently.

You guys tell us.

He's got a great record in the IPL, and I don't quite know the dynamics between his relationship and MS Dhoni, but from what I know, obviously MS Dhoni ruled when he was captain of England.

He ran the side, as you would, and the coach supported him.

So Fleming's had to deal with that as well.

If you think how we select captains, it's quite amateurish considering the, um, the impact they have on our game careers, uh, the sport itself, and I think we can do so much better at developing that and celebrating it.

A- and h- how i- in the past when you've worked with captains, you had a long association with MS Dhoni-

Yeah

... for example.

Uh, many people don't know about it.

In fact, uh, people came to know about it only after [chuckles] Dhoni started playing the matches.

So I remember when I was, uh, back in Pune in college, then people used to ask me, and then we had to give reference of Dhoni.

But it's a beautiful place, and, uh, the best part is that it has a very good schooling and education system.

It's very nice, in fact, and, uh, because of which I had very good early education, I would say.
